Reuters is hosting an online event on 16-17 June about building a digital health sector that improves access to healthcare . Speakers include director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Dr Anthony Fauci , and CEO of Thrive Global and founder of Huffington Post , Arianna Huffington .

Scientists develop QCovid algorithm to predict risk

Researchers led by the University of Oxford have developed QCovid , an improved algorithm that uses factors such as age , sex , ethnicity , existing medical conditions and socioeconomic backgrounds to better predict risk of death or hospitalisation from the virus .
