Rajvir (Raj) is a purpose-driven leader at the forefront of digital transformation in Life Sciences, blending technological innovation with a commitment to culture, diversity and inclusion. Raj’s career pivot from the cosmetics industry was fuelled by a personal mission to address global healthcare challenges, spurred by his mother’s diagnosis with brain cancer.. Raj’s philosophy of “generating the future faster” underscores his commitment to using data, AI, and technology to tackle critical challenges like drug discovery, personalised medicine, and commercial efficiency. Raj emphasizes the need for balancing technical solutions with humancentric approaches. He believes that impactful transformation occurs at the intersection of selecting the right problems and applying the right technologies, ultimately improving patient outcomes. In addition to his technical and business acumen, Raj is a passionate advocate for cultural development, recognizing it as essential for successful AI and technology integration.
Its management team has extensive expertise in the development and commercialization of pharmaceutical products, having held key leadership roles at a number of leading dermatology companies and successfully developed more than 50 FDA-approved products.
Rajvir Madan is Arcutis’s Chief Digital and Technology Officer and a strong advocate of cultural and technological transformation at the company, heightening its cybersecurity and technology achievements.
A culture of collaboration Culture is pivotal to Arcutis Biotherapeutics, down to its inception. Previously working at L’Oreal, Rajvir moved into the pharmaceutical and healthcare space over a decade ago, when his mother was diagnosed with cancer.
