Empresas SB has been part of various partnerships , acquisitions and alliances . In the pharmacy division , Farmacias Salcobrand ’ s name is derived from the fusion of two companies , Farmacias Salco and Farmacias Brand in 2001 .
In 2007 , Empresas SB was acquired by one of the largest economic groups in the country , becoming part of the various industrial business units .
The presence of Farmacias Salcobrand extends throughout Chile with its 400 branches ; many of them equipped to offer everything that would deliver welfare .
