Previously , Szczerba was the corporate director of healthcare and life science and a senior fellow emeritus for Lockheed Martin Corporation .

Szczerba said he sees opportunities for technology to help hospitals improve their design , workflows and patient experience and X Tech Ventures ’ platform can be used to help hospitals troubleshoot these problematic areas .
