Mike Kiersey joined Boomi in 2018 with many years of experience working for technology firms in senior leadership roles . Prior to working at Boomi he was the Global Senior Director at Dell EMC , supporting seventeen strategic global partners to develop solutions that addressed the needs of being a digital business .
Before this he was a Solution Architect for Electronic Data Systems , tasked with two major UK Government transformation programmes . Other past roles include IT Director at a law firm , and Land Surveyor for Cheshire County Council .
The platform aggregates data from operational tools like Workday , SAP and Microsoft ' s Active Directory , supporting Moderna to be more efficient with HR processes for example , so the business can spend less time in these areas and focus more on drug development .
