MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS Relatively new , the Alliar emerged in 2011 from a merger of four diagnostic imaging companies and continued to grow through other acquisitions , resulting in a total of 18 partnerships . In 2015 , the first public-private partnership ( P3 ) of diagnostic imaging in Brazil was designed with the creation of Brazilian Network Diagnostics ( RDB ), The company is now responsible for imaging services to 12 public hospitals in Bahia .
With an investment strategy focused on the combination of organic growth and an intense acquisition activity in less than five years , the company has acquired and integrated more than 20 companies in the diagnostic imaging segments and clinical
analysis . “ In recent years the company has invested around 25 million dollars per year ,” says Kalil .
